Internship in M & A / Corporate Finance
Your Task:
BW ALBATROSS INVEST invites you to read the work of M & A experience / corporate finance advisor. We offer in the course of an internship the opportunity to work with national and international projects, while the M & A to learn about business. For your demanding tasks supporting the research on potential target companies, assessing the information compiled and the preparation of company profiles will include. They also support our partners with evaluation questions. Their activities moreover include the processing and preparation of reports, graphs, tables and the preparation of customer presentations, corporate presentations and business plans. Our approach is based on a deep understanding of our customers and their specific market and competitive situation. From this we develop together with our customers tailor-made solutions or procedures and responsible for their implementation.
For at least twelve weeks you will work with our partners and experience in addition to project work appointments with clients and attending meetings. You thus have the chance to see our experienced partners in their work not only over his shoulder, but also to make their own tasks your knowledge and skills.
Requirements:
You study an economics degree (eg. Business administration, industrial engineering, informatics) and have good financial knowledge as well as good analytical skills. Safe handling of MS Office (particularly PowerPoint, Excel) is just as important as good knowledge of English / German skills in speaking and writing for you. Your communicative, open nature and your friendly and mandatory occurrence you fit into our team.
The internship duration is customizable. Moreover, there is the possibility to write your study / thesis in our house or on a successful internship to work with us long-term basis as a working student.
